Christmas Pictures

We took our family pictures this year at my inlaws. They decorated with sparkly Christmas trees which were neat. The pictures turned out good, so we used them in our Christmas card this year :)

Santa

Tristan met Santa this year and was not a fan. He wanted to play with the toys around his area, and then screamed when placed on Santa's lap. Trey and I took Tristan to a small Christmas lighting service in downtown Inman. Tristan was more interested in walking around and attempting to get away from us to explore. Well, maybe next year will be better :)

Fender Family Christmas Tree Trip

We took our yearly Family trip to Boone, NC to get our Christmas Tree. We ate at Daniel Boone Inn (yummm), and then headed to the Mast General Store in downtown Boone. Cam got a little fire truck and Tristan got a ball from the store. We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed our evening in the indoor pool and jacuzzi tub. We went the next day to Christmas Corner to get our Christmas Tree - which is now decorated and up in our house :)

Gobble Gobble

We enjoyed Thanksgiving this year at my parents house in Lexington. Tristan started walking "full-time" the day before Thanksgiving...so he was everywhere! Cam and Tristan have started enjoying each other's company and now play better together. Trustan really enjoyed the food - especially the macaroni and cheese :)

Cam turns 2

Campbell Church turned 2 this October. I still remember the day like it was yesterday when he was born in Charleston. He is more independent now and can do just about anything you ask him to. I have a feeling Tristan and Cam will be best friends/cousins growing up!!!! We celebrated the big day with family in Lexington at Kara Church's house.

Boo at the Zoo

For Halloween, we went to Boo at the Zoo with our family. Cam was a dinosaur and Trisan was a pirate. The kids did well and got candy, went through a maze, listen to some music, and got a chance to ride the carousel.

First Birthday

Tristan celebrated his first birthday on October 22, 2011 with close family at our house in spartanburg. He did well for his first birthday and enjoyed his birthday cake eating it ALL. We had small pumpkins at the party for the kiddos to paint. Looking foward to more years of birthdays. We did a Mickey Mouse birthday party :) Tristan got a pull out mickey couch from his mommy and daddy which he loves!

Pumpkin carving

Last year, Tristan was just born before Halloween, so he was unable to participate in halloween festivities. This year we carved a pumpkin, and Tristan was interested for a short period of time. Tristan enjoyed the rest of his time in the wagon riding around!!!

Nivens Apple Farm

Our family went to Nivens Apple farm to enjoy our day looking at pumpkins and picking up some good homemade jelly and apple bread. Tristan enjoyed the pumpkins and we also took him through the Corn Maze. Tristan is now 11 months old and close to walking on his own...he tries but usually falls down. Fall is now upon us!!!!
